Rules & Regulations

  • Venue: AIUB Premises
  • Date: 24th April, 2024 before 11:59 PM
  • Submission: Online
  • Theme: Cyber Gaming Fest/CS Fest Logo

General Instructions:

  • Team Formation: 
    • Each participant will be participating in this event individually.
    • Team registration is not allowed.
  • Student Validity: 
    • The participants must be current undergraduate students of AIUB. 
  • Proof of Verification: 
    • Participants must bring their respective Student IDs for verification purposes.
  • Contest Rules:
    • One participant can submit a maximum of two logos. 
    • Logos must be submitted through email.
    • Source files must be attached to the email.
    • Photos will be uploaded on the AIUB CS FEST 2024 Facebook event page.
  •  
    • Winners will be selected by 50% likes from Facebook and 50% from Judgement.

    Send your logo(s) to the following email address within the mentioned time frame.

    • Email Subject: logo_design_contest.csfest-2024
    • Include your Name, ID  in the email.
    • Last Date of Submission: 24th April, 2024 before 11:59 PM
  • Constraints:
    • There should be no watermarks on design entries.
    • All entries must be the designer’s original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
